Nicely placed in this company and expected to go well. MERIMBULA (3) was an impressive winner two back then blew the start last time and battled into fourth. Better than that and well worth another chance. HAMMURABI (5) got off the mark with an impressive maiden win when resuming last time out over 1200m at this track. Raymond Vigar was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the mount. Looms as one of the hardest to beat again. LAWS WARS (4) was a dominant winner last time over 1200m at this track, getting home by 2.25 lengths. Is going okay this campaign, recording two wins and a minor placing from six starts.
