LUNESSA (6) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid second at Injune over 1200m after being in the firing line all the way. Has the pace to take a forward position. Finds a tougher race but this looks well within her grasp. LUNAR EIGHT (4) returns from a layoff of three-and-a-half months. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 1200m at Gold Coast. Lines up today for the first time for trainer Wayne Baker. Has found a suitable race and is worth including. GITALONG (1) had been overdue with placings at all three runs this campaign before winning at Gladstone last start. Can sneak into the finish again.
