A keen contest with Good Habits and Meiner Alauda leading from Sunrise Skaal. MEINER ALAUDA (9) continued the great form last start, scoring by 1.3 lengths at this course and distance. Nicely placed to keep the ball rolling. GOOD HABITS (7) lines up for the first time since December 19. Looking to emulate her win at this track to kick off the last campaign. Rates highly and makes plenty of appeal while fresh. SUNRISE SKAAL (4) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1400m here beaten only 1.5 lengths after being in contention on the turn. Well placed and there is no reason why he cannot find winning ways. YAMANIN KLAVIER (8) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1230m at this venue, beaten 7 lengths into eighth. Capable of featuring prominently on his day.
