A strong tempo is assured with Boomtown Chat and Stormfield leading the charge. SUPAIRO (4) finished second two runs back at Nowra then improved again to score by half a length over 1400m at Canberra. Keeps improving, and this is the logical next step. TELLING (7) comes out of the same Canberra contest, beaten 2.5L. Brought improving form to that and he finally draws an inside barrier. Worth another chance. BABY HAZEL (8) McDougall sticks around to ride who went well at Hawkesbury first-up after a switch from a Victorian stable. She has more to give and maps for the run of the race. Has to be kept safe. ISCHYROS (3) peaks and the local is knocking on the door. His effort in a 66 at Queanbeyan last start stacks up, and he keeps the in-form hoop. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sticking with Supairo.
