Regal Time should have enough pace to lead a low-pressure contest. ALI FOREMAN (1) never looked likely when resuming in town after getting too far back but finds easier company this time. His form from last prep reads well for this level. He’ll likely drift back from the draw and expect him to be charging hard late. RED RIPPLES (5) has struggled in two runs so far but has been freshened with a month between. A handy trial suggests he’s come on nicely, and with the claim he’s expected to play a much more significant role. MIDLIFE CRISIS (4) didn’t fire when resuming as favourite in town but has since been freshened for 62 days and had a change of scenery. Readied with a quiet trial and is worth monitoring. SANGUE ROSSO (6) faded fresh at Gawler but is a likely improver second-up. Keep safe. SUGGESTED PLAY: Slight lean to Ali Foreman.
