Solid tempo with Instigate possessing enough dash to find the front. FEEDBACK (1) resumed from a spell with a sound second over 1200m at Queanbeyan when he did his best work late. He's an improved galloper and rates to win with the extra fitness. SPY TRADER (3) got back and was beaten 2.75 lengths over 1200m at Mudgee two weeks ago. Made good improvement and has the blinkers applied for the first time. In Canberra's premier stable and is sure to keep improving. EXTRA HANDS (5) wound up strongly beaten 1.75 lengths over 1500m at Albury. Drops back to a sprint off a freshen and has switched barns. Has an inside gate and a form jockey and is likely to race well. McDougall has been riding the above but links with stablemate INSTIGATE (6) today. Needs to find more, but it wouldn't surprise if she's around the mark. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Feedback to win.
