Genuine tempo with Yukiwarizakura to lead but under plenty of pressure in a keen early contest. YUKIWARIZAKURA (4) returns from a spell. Finished second at this track and distance at her only appearance last prep 11 weeks ago. K Tosaki who has scored on her twice retains the mount. Bold showing expected. BUENA ONDA (8) ran below expectations last time at Hanshin over 1800m, finishing fourth and beaten 2.5 lengths. Rarely far away and is in the right race to bounce back today. PANJA (5) was out of the money when resuming two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1800m at Nakayama, beaten half a length into fourth. Meets some better types this time but he has the ability to test this field. AVENIR DE BRILLER (7) has not appeared since he finished second over 2000m at this track on February 2. Comes here with definite top three claims.
