Plenty of pace from the outset with Riposante and Al Destino leading the charge. ELINA STORM (6) is near a win after five minor placings from as many trips to the races, the latest a close third over 2000m at Chukyo. Ready to find winning ways. HARVARD SQUARE (15) resumes from a spell of ten weeks and looked close to a win before that break, finishing off strongly to get up for third over 1800m at this track. Jumps from a wide alley but looks a nice chance to open this campaign on a winning note. ORGULLECIDA (1) has not been sighted since she finished eighth over 2000m at Nakayama on January 12. Lightly raced filly who is a solid top three hope. RIPOSANTE (9) is a two-start maiden who resumed from a spell last start and was beaten 1.4 lengths when fourth over 1800m at this track. Plenty of improvement to come.
