CONGELAMENTO (4) started at $4.10 last time and ran below expectations, finishing fifth and beaten 5 lengths at this track over 1400m after being in the firing line on the turn. Nicely placed to make amends. WIN CANTARE (1) did a great job to score by 2 lengths over this course and distance last start in a nice progression on the first-up performance. Nicely placed to keep the ball rolling. DIAMOND BLUE (11) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then did a good job last start but found one better over 1400m at this track, beaten only a neck after being in the firing line on the corner. Nicely placed to take this out. MY RASHAAN (6) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1400m at this track, beaten 12 lengths into eighth. Better than recent efforts suggest.
