Solid tempo with several going forward headed by Festive Menoko. FESTIVE MENOKO (7) built on a nice second when fresh from a spell two starts back at this track with success as favourite over 1400m at this track a week-and-a-half ago, getting home by 3 lengths. Must raise the bar but this looks well within her grasp. GOLDEN LEI (6) raced on the speed and found plenty to score by a neck at this track and trip last start in a much improved run. Meets some better types this time but another win beckons. OVER THE TOP (11) found the line strongly last time out when second over 1600m at this track at his third run back. Should camp just off the leaders. Sure to be competitive. ROZA (1) didn't do a bad job to finish half a length away in second last start over 1400m at this track after a win the run before. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
