No recognised leader so Danzagrunt could find himself in front. DANZAGRUNT (2) issued a seven-length spanking to his rivals in maiden grade at Warracknabeal last Saturday and the fact he is here on the back-up is a positive lead. Drawn a little tricky but the jockey is likely to push forward given how well he did in a prominent position a week back. ANPHINA (12) went around in the G1 Australasian Oaks on this weekend two years ago and while she hasn't measured up to that grade since, she'd raced consistently before the last-start flop and should be respected. REAL INTRIGUE (3) has raced in 64 grade at his past two, so will find this much more to his liking. CORTAIN (7) has been mixing his form but gets the chance to string two good runs in a row together from the low draw. GRATE CRACK (1) gets in nicely after the claim and can feature despite the wide draw. SUGGESTED PLAY: Danzagrunt to win.
