Not much early speed of note and Itsumo Harapeko and Mask Try may find themselves setting a steady tempo. MASK TRY (6) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 1400m at this track, beaten only half a length after being in contention on the turn. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. WIN HIMEYURI (10) is back from a spell of four-and-a-half months. Closed last campaign with a minor placing over 1300m at this track. Sure to make her presence felt. ITSUMO HARAPEKO (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1400m at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths into seventh. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. IDATEN TURBO (1) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 10 lengths away in seventh over 1300m at this track. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
