Solid tempo with Willybeafactor possessing enough dash to find the front. Competitive race with plenty of upside among these runners. EROICA (14) turned heads with a barnstorming finish here last start, flashing home for second over 1100m after giving them a decent head start. Drawn better this time and looks ready to peak out to 1200m. STAR SIRIUS (13) was strong through the line when scoring over this track and trip. Toeroek sticks and the pair should be right in the thick of it again. DOBBINAIR (11) didn’t fire in Stakes company last time but this is much easier. Draws soft and can give this a big shake with a smart steer from out there. ALBERTVILLE (9) has done nothing wrong this prep, winning both starts in style. Faces a deeper field here but is trending the right way and deserves respect. SECOND FIX (17) is rock-hard fit. Will settle back early but is some hope if they overdo it early doors. Keep safe in numbers. SUGGESTED PLAY: Eroica to win.
