Friskee Frog should lead at a strong tempo. ST ROY (7) won three on the bounce at or around this level then stepped up to a BM58 at Dubbo last start and did a great job to be beaten under a length. Ideally drawn and well in after the claim so this looks a winnable race. FRISKEE FROG (5) scored a game win first-up over 1200m at Warren then started favourite but found one better at the Grenfell picnics a fortnight ago. Expect him to hold the good form at just the third run of the campaign. EILRAHC (3) found 1000m at Orange too sharp when fresh from a spell last start, but his last 100m was impressive. Might need one more run but cannot be ruled out. CHEAP SHOT (8) put the writing on the wall at Goulburn last time. A wide gate is the main concern. SUGGESTED PLAY: St Roy here.
