Solid tempo anticipated with Dukes Spirit heading them off. CLASSIC ROYALE (1) raced as the favourite but disappointed over 1190m at Narrogin, beaten 2.75 lengths. Missed a whisker at York prior and with the 4kg claim should run the 1400m right out. Disappointed of late perhaps but hardly been poor and ratings are strong for this. FLICK'N RUBIES (8) just missed a place at Narrogin on the same day also over shorter. Ran into it well and this trip should suit. SUPER SAIYAN (2) has been racing in stronger Maidens and can't be ruled out in this grade. PRINCESS TORONADO (9) gets in light this level with a 3kg claim and will be fitter again. Has to go in among the chances given that. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Classic Royale
