Should be a genuine tempo with Moon Grail pushing forward with Scene Des Lauves working over from an outside gate. KUKAILIMOKU (14) is on debut for the N Hori stable. First-starter by Saturnalia out of Wikiwiki. From a big family of winners including Grade 1 winner Makahiki. Sure to be well fancied with leading rider engaged. Weak race and should go close. BLACKISH (8) showed ability at his only start back on December 13 when second over 1800m at Nakayama. Likely improver and is a solid top-three chance. MOON GRAIL (6) is a seven-start maiden who finished sixth after being prominent at the corner at his most recent outing over 1600m at Nakayama. Suited in this line up and is among the better hopes. ANOTHER FACE (17) was well in commission on his debut over 2000m at Nakayama back on January 25 and finished 14th, beaten 12 lengths. Strongly fancied on debut and ran below expectations. Anticipating a bright start to this prep.
