A keen contest with Encrypted Feeling and Boomtown Laddie leading from Too Darn Smart. LUKE SKYWALKER (5) shaped well when fourth in a stronger 1400m contest at Eagle Farm Racecourse two-and-a-half weeks ago and that form reads well for a race of this nature. He looked to have more to offer there and he appears very well placed to go close in what looks a suitable assignment. TOO DARN SMART (7) made a pleasing return when placed over 1100m here and should strip fitter for that outing, with the step up in distance likely to suit on the strength of that effort. He rates a major danger if building as expected second up. OUR COMBINATION (11) was safely held when dropped back to 1000m last start but showed ability on debut and looks capable of much better now stretched out in trip, with improvement anticipated. This looks a race where all three can progress, though LUKE SKYWALKER (5) appeals as the one with the strongest recent form. SUGGESTED PLAY: Follow up on Luke Skywalker.
