Off the low draw Chesuto Ike is likely to find the lead at a slick tempo. YUNA BRIGHT (10) improved sharply on his fourth two starts back at this track with success over 1300m at this track three weeks ago, getting home by a head after being prominent at the bend. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. CHESUTO IKE (2) is yet to break through in 23 runs but hinted that might be about to change when running well to finish fourth after being in the firing line on the bend at her last appearance over 1400m at this track on April 12. BATTICUORE (11) was narrowly beaten at a huge quote last time out, finishing third over 1400m at this track. Should be firmer in the betting this time. KINASSEI (3) was well held over 1400m at this track two weeks ago but is capable of turning in a better effort than that.
