Reasonable tempo with a few going forward, headed by Nangoku Candle. MARINO DOUDOU (8) was an impressive maiden winner last time out, scoring by 2 lengths over 900m at this track. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Breaks from a wide alley, but she should be in the finish. KASHINO ASAP (1) kicked off this prep with a win two-and-a-half weeks ago, scoring over 1300m at this track. Has the right credentials. NANGOKU CANDLE (3) tried to lead throughout but faded to finish fifth over 1400m at this track last start. Should settle handy in the run. Will be in this for a long way. STEREOPSIS (6) was out of the money two runs back, then again missed the frame last start over 1400m at this track. Include in all combinations.
