Good early pressure anticipated with a large representation of first starters.
The well-related VOVO (1) (half to G3 winner Run Harry Run) just ran into one better here on debut and will have derived a stack of benefit from that day at the races. Looks ready for the extra furlong now and rates the one they all have to catch. FIREUPZOUS (9) returned in good order with a solid third here and will take a lot from that hit-out. Serious contender. HEYHEY IT'S JAYJAY (3) is facing the starter for the first time but has show ability at the trials and a watch on betting is advised. GENERAL DANCER (2) is another on debut but hails from an astute barn and should be kept very safe. VICTOIRE D'AMOUR (7) best of the rest with Du Plessis in the saddle. SUGGESTED PLAY: Vovo to go one better.
