FLYIN' FOR US (1) had an excuse for his modest effort at Oakbank a month ago and has been given time to recover from his slight injury that day. He has won 2 of his 3 starts on this circuit, and from a handy gate, he will be hard to hold out. Stick with him. SUMAMBISTARR (5) got too far back over 1050m at Balaklava last time out and failed to make up any ground. She won her maiden here in February and can make amends over 1200m, especially with the aid of a 3kg claim. KNIGHT DANCER (2) was beaten by a wide gate last start and was in tougher company before that. He is nicely placed in this from a superior draw, and he can bounce back into the money here. Each way. SIR RANDOLPH (3) resumes from a spell and might need the run. This company is easier than his recent racing last spring, and he would not be a shock winner.
