Strong tempo with Twilight Bay, Elegant Appeal and Midwicket leading the way. MIDWICKET (4) showed some improvement in her last start over 1200m on this course. She raced from a handy position and stayed on well to finish third of nine. She will love the rise to 1600m and may be the one to side with in this field. DUCHESS OF SEVILLE (5) stayed on well when third over 1400m on this course last time. Has each-way claims. TWILIGHT BAY (1) should have finished closer to the winner last time as she was steadied at the 100m mark. She would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter. With a bit of luck in the running she should be involved at the finish. LAUGH TILL I CRY (3) is better than her last start run over this course and distance against male company. She is back against her own sex and if finding the form of her penultimate run should be competitive.
