GOING: G

Two Up After The Last Handicap 1200m

Track: Good   Clouds (Max: 31)   Rail: True.

Expecting American Jazz to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sprint course. EXCEEDINGLY MAGIC (3) led all the way to score by nearly a length here nearly 2 weeks ago. She actually drops a grade this time, and despite a 4.5kg weight rise, she can double the dose. THE STIFMEISTER (4) has been racing well and was third behind the top pick last time out. The step back up to 1200m should not be a problem, and he has each-way claims again. ROYAL SIGNAL (5) battled away fairly well here last time out and was third before that. She will be at her peak fitness now, and is expected to bounce straight back into the money. WHITTEN (6) ran a much better race for second here last start. He needs to sort himself out at the start, and if he does so, then he can go one better. AMERICAN JAZZ (1) and GLOBAL WONDER (2) are always chances in fields like this. SUGGESTED PLAY: Exceedingly Magic to win.
