Expecting Fukurai Kirishima to take up the running with Lot Fighter and Kitakarakitatenshi close at hand. LOT FIGHTER (9) gets a change of rider and has been freshened up since finishing sixth over 1800m at this track last start. This is easier than recent attempts and won his only try at this course and distance. Top chance. FUKURAI KIRISHIMA (3) displayed plenty of early toe and went on to score by 0.8 lengths last time out over 1400m at this track. Should be prominent again from the low draw. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she is up to the challenge. MOI WAHINE (8) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when second over 1300m at this track. Could go one better. KITAKARAKITATENSHI (11) performed above expectations last time over 1300m at this track, getting the prize by one length. Chance again.
