Keen battle for the lead with Farrokh, Sol Estrella and Earth Hour in advance of Sutekina Kokoro and Sun Dubuque. SUTEKINA KOKORO (7) has returned in good order this preparation. Opened with a second at Mizusawa two starts back then scored by a neck last time out over 850m at Mizusawa. Ryo Kobayashi scored on him last time and retains the mount. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. FEND OFF (9) had been in sparkling form winning two races on end but was just edged out most recently when second over 1400m at Mizusawa. Expected to feature again. EARTH HOUR (4) has been thereabouts lately without being able to break through, the latest effort a second at Mizusawa over 850m. Should be poised just off the lead. One to consider. GRAFFIAS LADY (1) finished 11th over 1400m at Mizusawa last time out following a determined win two runs back. Reunites with Toshiya Yamamoto which is a proven winning combination. Don't underestimate.
