Plenty of pace from Shigeru Mach, Longing Nice and Sai And Ko matching motors ahead of Snipe Flavor. SAI AND KO (7) added to his impressive record with a win over 1400m at this track at his last appearance before a break ten weeks ago. Has a strong first-up record with two wins from three runs so he is sure to prove tough to beat. POD LEO (13) met with solid support last start over 900m at Kawasaki when fourth, beaten 3 lengths. Can make amends over the extra ground. GOLDEN BUZZER (5) didn't do a bad job after being prominent at the corner to finish 2.5 lengths away in second last start over 1400m at this track. That followed a first-up win at this track. Contender. LONGING NICE (8) sat on the pace and stuck on well to score by half a length at today's track and trip last start to maintain his good form of late. Respect.
