Good speed from Cervin and Sky Prophet. CALIFORNIA MOXIE (5) has yet to show his true potential in Hong Kong, and his only local placing has come on this track. He likes to race on the pace and looked sharp at a recent trial. If he could somehow find a soft lead, then he could be hard to peg back. FOREMOST TEDDY (1) will be peaking third up from a spell and was trapped wide throughout last time out. He is down in class and expected to be much more competitive this time from a superior gate. CERVIN (3) had been trialling well before having a wide trip here 3 weeks ago. Zac Purton in the saddle this time is a strong lead, and the pair merits healthy respect. SKY PROPHET (6) is racing his way into form and was runner-up as favourite at Sha Tin last time out over 1200m. An extra 450m to travel this time will make it interesting, but he is still worth including in all combinations.
