MUNGO JERRY (2) had some mixed results at Esperance and was happy to be back on his home turf last week, scoring by over a length. He meets a similar field and after a 3kg claim, only has to carry an extra half a kilo. Go again. PLAYTHATFUNKYMUSIC (1) finished third behind the top pick last start and will be spot on with his fitness fourth up from a spell. The extra 100m will help him, and he is better off at the weights this time. He can turn the tables. LOVE DRUNK BABY (5) led all the way here fresh up and then was runner-up in the same race as the top 2 pick last start. He is likely to set the pace again and can take them all the way. BAALBEK (4) is a handy locally trained gelding resuming from a spell. He comes to hand quickly, and should be right in he finish of the small field. SUGGESTED PLAY: Mungo Jerry to win.
