Small field but expecting a genuine tempo with plenty of pace engaged. JAZ SESSION (2) made it back-to-back wins with a 1L victory over 1000m here most recently. She remains in the same grade today and while she does rise in weight, she looks to get a similar run on the map this time. Jumped favourite last start and looks the one to beat again. SKY DUKE (1) sat on the speed last time out and couldn't hold off Jaz Session close to home. Stepping up to 1200m is a big tick for him though and he does meet Jaz Session better at the weights. Looks set to turn in another bold effort. CRYPTIC JOY (5) raced a bit flat on the quick turnaround, beaten 1.5L after jumping the race favourite at Belmont. CJP hops in the saddle now and a much better effort is on the cards. FORTUNE'S LUCK (3) drops back in trip today but draws well and is sure to be strong late in the race. SUGGESTED PLAY: Jaz Session can win again.
