Reasonable tempo with Aufwind probably leading but a few others should keep her honest. AUFWIND (8) was narrowly beaten at her latest appearance at Mizusawa over 1400m four-and-a-half months ago. Lines up today for the first time for trainer Yukiharu Shimada. One of the genuine hopes in the race. TWILIGHT (13) booted up from the inside draw to lead when returning from a spell last start and was there on straightening before being claimed and finishing 1.75 lengths away in second over 1400m at this track. Should go well. ASI SE BAILA (1) made significant late ground last start to get up for third over 1400m at this track. Expected to be there at the business end. VIP CLARA (11) turned in a fine effort to win by a neck at this course and distance last start in a much improved run. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
