Solid pace with Artless Mind and Fevrier showing out with Indigo also applying pressure. ARTLESS MIND (5) did well to score at this track two runs ago. Decent effort last time out when prominent at the corner before finishing fourth over 1800m at Kyoto Dirt, beaten 2.25 lengths. Has started twice at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Looks the testing material. RHINO (6) will strip fitter for this after running below expectations first-up at this track, finishing fifth and beaten 4.5 lengths over 1800m after being in contention on the corner. Good enough to take care of these. CHUJO (13) missed the placings two starts back when resuming then ran a better race when he did his best work late and finished 4 lengths away in fifth last time out over 1800m at Kyoto Dirt. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. BLUE WHIRL (8) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid second at Kyoto Dirt over 1900m. Must be respected.
