Solid tempo with Feargal to lead but under plenty of pressure in a keen early contest. ANPHINA (13) never travelled at Penola (vet cleared), but she brought strong relative form to that. She is on a quick backup, and no surprise to see her finish over the top of these. LITTLE OUTLAW (10) comes out of the same race beaten 2.3L as favourite. Won a CL1 easily at Mt Gambier prior, and he's a live chance. BERGASUN (1) drops back from a staying trip and rates well. Just missed at Donald this distance range, two back. MANGIONE (8) led and won this track and trip three weeks ago, and the 2kg claimer will use the inside gate. Carries more weight, but he will get every chance to go on with it. SUGGESTED PLAY: With Anphina.
