Reasonable tempo with Rikka Laura probably leading but a few others should keep her honest. HARUYO KOI (6) was prominent from the outset and fought on for third last start over 1300m at this track, making it two minor placings in a row. Has her share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. RIKKA LAURA (3) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1300m at this track, beaten 5.5 lengths. Fitter and sure to run well. MILA ROUGE (9) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 1300m at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. The engagement of Jyoji Komatsu is a positive move. Finds a suitable race and can find the winner's circle. BOM DIA (5) showed good early dash and led for much of the way before weakening out of it when 9 lengths away in sixth over 1600m at Morioka Dirt. Can sneak into the finish.
