IN HIS EYES (3) built on a nice second two starts back at this track with a win as public elect over 1400m at this track four weeks ago, getting home by one length. Taichi Nagamori scored on her last time and retains the ride. Likely to be in the finish again. EMERGING ROLE (4) started at $1.90 last time and ran below expectations, finishing eighth and beaten 12 lengths at this track over 1600m after being prominent at the bend. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. MAGIC SEVEN (7) returns from a layoff of five-and-a-half months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 1300m at this track. One to consider. DEEP GILDONG (6) produced another moderate effort last start when 3.5 lengths from the winner in fifth over 1600m at this track. Worth noting Koichiro Senoo goes aboard. Well placed to make amends.
