He's trialled well between runs and while he has gone a year without wins, he's right on the cusp. Gets his chance today and will take plenty of catching. QUICK CONTRIBUTION (10) is better than he showed last start when beaten 4.5L at this track and trip most recently. He's cost himself the race at the start his past couple, but Bowman draws better now and he's still learning his craft. Can land score his maiden win. MAX QUE (7) has been knocking on the door his past few outings and appears close to his maiden win. He should land in a handy position from the draw and he'll be right there to pounce if he runs up to recent figures. TOP PEAK (6) turned in a strong figure at Happy Valley last start and both wins have come at this track and trip. Can play a major role.
