METAL SPEED (13) made progress last time out, finishing 2.5 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1600m at this track after being prominent at the corner. Perfectly placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. MANWOL (3) resumes. Only appeared once last prep back on January 11 when fourth, beaten 3 lengths. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
