Expecting a strong pace headed by Keiai Sandera, Win Shukran and Cosmo Buddleja. COSMO BUDDLEJA (4) lifted strongly to score by a neck two runs back at Nakayama then finished ninth over 1800m in the G3 Kokura Daishoten last time in tougher grade. Should be prominent from the low draw. Leading contender. GRAN DIA (15) missed the frame when resuming from a break last time out, finishing seventh and beaten 4 lengths over 1800m in the G2 Nakayama Kinen. Overall record is sound when second-up and has plenty of upside with the run under his belt. Among the leading chances. SIRIUS COLT (5) lifted strongly only to just miss when first-up last start over 1600m in Listed grade at Hanshin. Will strip a lot fitter this time around. Placed to advantage so expect another big run. HO O PUROSANGUE (1) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 8 lengths away in 13th over 1800m at Kokura. The engagement of Yuji Hishida is a positive move. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
