Hot tempo expected with Captainship, Tam's Knight and Bomber Stream heading the charge. CAPTAINSHIP (1) showed good improvement in his last two runs before the 21-week break. The son of Captain Of All was gelded during his time off the track. Andrew Fortune rides on his return and if not in need of the run, he should be involved at the finish. OLD FASHIONED (10) hails from the visiting Clinton Binda stable. He has finished second in his last two starts over this distance. Sean Veale may be able to coax that little bit extra out of him when it matters most. GALACTIC LOVER (2) ran a good race when second over this course and distance last time. He raced from just off the pace and stayed on at the finish. If repeating that effort in this field, he should be competitive. LIFE ON THE TIDES (9) made progress finishing midfield last start at Greyville when jumping at big odds, worthy of a place.
