GOING: S(5)

ANGUS FLEXIBLE PIPELINES AUSTRALIA BENCHMARK 62 Handicap 1400m

Track: SOFT5   Rain (Max: 25)   Rail: True Entire Course. (Pent: 4.87)

Genuine tempo with Zousain Bolt leading the way. ZOUSAIN BOLT (2) led all the way to score over this distance at Beaudesert two back then wasn't beaten far in a Class 3 last time behind Rose OF Shiraz at this track and distance. Will find this a shade easier so expect a return to form. KEIKO SAY (4) made it three wins from her last four runs when she led from the outset and easily took out a BM65 here at this trip. Getting up in the weights now but she is lightly raced and still improving. ROSE OF SHIRAZ (5) defeated Zousain Bolt and seven others in a career-high effort over today's journey here. That was fourth-up so she should be able to hold her form and be highly competitive again. WAR DRAMA (1) was outclassed over a mile in town last time. Can do better back in this more suitable contest. NATIONAL INTEREST (7) was just fair in finishing fifth over 1300m at the Sunshine Coast last time when attempting a hat trick. Matthew Palmer has the key to the six-year-old and he is back aboard. SUGGESTED PLAY: Zousain Bolt each-way.
