Many of these step out for the first time so a genuine tempo is expected. DANCING TROFFEA (13) started at big odds on debut but was beaten just 2L over 1200m this trip at Pakenham. She led and is sure to have come on. Has to skip across from an awkward barrier, but with average luck she should be right in it. OTTALAUS (9) is a local on debut and the jumpouts suggest she has the ability to feature. The betting will be key. ZAMPARINI SPIRIT (6) resumes off some good form including a string of placings and was readied with two nice trials. TOO TOUGH (5) is gelding by All Too Hard on debut. Has had four hit-outs leading into this. Aided by the inside alley so keep a close eye on the betting. SUGGESTED PLAY: Dancing Troffea to progress and win.
