Genuine tempo with the speedy Aqua Vernal crossing from the outside gate. AQUA VERNAL (13) has not appeared since she finished seventh over 2200m at Hanshin on June 21. Yet to tackle this trip but promising stayer expected to go close fresh. LORD ALL RIGHT (4) wasn't far away first up last start when sixth over 2400m at Tokyo. May appreciate the longer journey with that run under the belt. Won only try here. Should camp just off the leaders and expected to be in the finish. TAISEI FEERIQUE (3) travelled in a rearwards position then made a little ground and finished 2.75 lengths away in sixth last time out over 2200m at Hanshin six weeks ago. Tackles a longer journey this time. Reunites with Fuma Matsuwaka who has two wins when on board. Has placed 3/5 when third-up and should run well. FLEUR (9) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing 12th at Sapporo over 2600m. Stakes placed two back and has placed this course and distance. Must include.
