Moderate tempo with See De Night leading the way and a few others keeping in touch. MR FERRARI (7) was strong last time at Halidon, finishing a close second after racing prominently. Looks a likely improver and shapes as the key chance. SEE DE NIGHT (4) was fair first-up at Penola and should strip fitter. Has a lot more to offer second-up and is drawn to get all the favours from the inside alley. Can give this a big shake THEY CALL ME DUSTY (6) was runner-up at Mt Gambier two back and has run well here before. Can bounce back. SUENAMI ROSE (5) has struggled lately but her second-up run at Balaklava was encouraging. Gets in light and worth another look. OAMARU POPPY (9) hasn’t fired this prep but has more to offer. In the mix in a thin race. SUGGESTED PLAY: Siding with Mr Ferrari.
