Zed Bee is the likely leader and should be able to get there comfortably. ZED BEE (3) found himself in front fresh up at New Plymouth 9 days ago and ran out of condition late, finishing fourth. He has an extra 500m to travel this time, and with the edge taken off him, he should settle a lot better this time. Hard to beat for ours. NOT SO UNUSUAL (11) was put aside after finishing fifth on debut. She resumes from a spell with a sound trial under her belt, and with the blinkers on, she should give this a shake. BEAVERTOWN LASS (9) made up a lot of late ground at Waverley over 1650m last time out, and her peak run will be over a middle distance for the first time. Each way all day. RICHARD FARRELL (1) did nothing on a very testing, heavy track fresh up at Otaki, and he can be a quick improver on a better surface second up over a middle distance. Don't risk him. Include. SUGGESTED PLAY: Zed Bee can win, but include 1-9-11 in all combinations.
