Anticipating good pressure with many of these at the races for the first time. ENSIGN JACK (1) was well beaten on debut in March, but did have some market support, which suggests that he has some ability. He has a good draw, and having the blinkers on can spark him up. Watch the market closely. AOZORA NOTE (7) resumes from a spell with the winkers on and will have the advantage of a good gate. If there is any money for her, then include in all combinations. OUT OF THE PICTURE (2) trialled last year in the North Island and has since migrated South for his debut. He is bred to need time, and any market support will tell the story. TAFFETA (14) is making her debut in a very soft lineup. Use the market as your best guide. SUGGESTED PLAY: Ensign Jack each way.
