Moderate pace with Who Knows rolling to the lead and setting the tempo. AGERA (1) burst through late with a well-timed run from well back to score by a nose in the Matamata Cup just over 2 weeks ago. He is back out to a middle distance, and a similar effort will take him close to repeating the dose, even on a firmer surface. WHO KNOWS (2) is racing in good form, and seems to be at his best with his races well-spaced. He has trialled since his last start easy win at Hawera, and even with an extra kilo to carry, he will be hard to hold out. ENRICO (3) confirmed his growing reputation with a comfortable win at Trentham a fortnight ago by nearly a length. The extra 450m is ideal, and he will make things very interesting for the top 2 picks. BATTLE SECRET (4) has needed both of his runs back from a spell, and it is normally now that he starts to hit his straps. Each way value. BOZO (6) is backing up quickly from racing at Riccarton 7-days ago. She has a shrewd trainer, and a form reversal would come as no shock at all. SUGGESTED PLAY: Who Knows will be hard to hold out, and Bozo at odds is worth including.
