Strong tempo likely with several going forward, headed by Beatlemania and Paballo. QICKWIT (3) was a touch plain at the latest Kilcoy outing but the three runs prior were full of merit. Has a win and a second from three starts over this track and trip and gets 2kg weight relief with the claim. Can return to the winners' stall against this lot. QUARTER RED (5) has hit a purple patch of form of late with two wins and four placings from his past six starts and is racing with a lot of confidence. Has to be included. ESTE DIA (6) is better than recent efforts suggest and will be rock-hard fit for this. Draws favourably this time and will give backers a sight. BOLD AS BRASS (1) drops back in trip here and should be hitting the line with gusto. PABALLO (2) is usually thereabouts and is a must for the multiples. SUGGESTED PLAY: Qickwit to bounce back.
