CHOOK & LISA MARRIED TODAY 1200m Track: SOFT 5 True |

Solid tempo with Sako, Amazonia and Miss Madridista going hard, closely attended by Honey Badger. HONEY BADGER (3) is another very consistent mare, who has been in the money 3 times since winning here in June. Having her races well-spaced is a definite advantage on the wet tracks, and she should be hard to hold out again. LEVAKIA (7) won her last couple of starts before having a well-earned spell. She will be even better this season and can take this out. SAKO (4) made progress last prep, and also likes to race on the pace, which could make it interesting early on. He won the most recent of his 2 trials, and with the blinkers off, he will be ready to run a big race. Check the markets. BAK DA ANGEL (6) did not fire last time out at Rotorua in G3 company, but is worth another chance in this from a good gate. MISS MADRIDISTA (10) has the pole position and was brave when finishing second fresh up at Te Aroha. Stick with her. SUGGESTED PLAY: Levakia is worth each-way consideration in a good field.
