Not a great deal of pressure likely in the small field, with I Had A Dream a potential leader.
I HAD A DREAM (1) is edging closer to his first win and was doing his best work late when finishing runner-up at Esperance just over a fortnight ago. He has experience on this course and can settle a touch closer to the pace this time. Hard to beat again. AWEEMAWAY (2) had a tough trip last start when trapped 3-wide the trip. He ran the race of an improver when fifth there before that and is good enough to feature in the top 3 this time. ON JUST TERMS (7) was placed on this course during her initial prep and will be resuming from a spell that would have done her the world of good. She meets a modest field and won't be far away. SATIN BOW (6) will find this easier than any of her last 3 starts. The blinkers are back on and a form reversal is on the cards. Each way. BRONZE ROCKET (5) has joined the local Peter Fernie stable. She won a Belmont trial last month and can make her presence felt in this. SUGGESTED PLAY: Aweemaway each way.
