Maiden Race 1400m Track: FIRM |

Genuine pace with K Two Taka taking up the running ahead of Bear Quorum and Tomorrow's Way. MOR NIKE (10) missed the placings on debut then improved last start but found one better over 1600m at this track, beaten one length after being in the firing line on the turn. Well placed and looks a fair bit better than these rivals. SIMHA (7) finished out of the money on debut two starts back then was beaten 2.5 lengths when fourth in a 1400m contest at this track four weeks ago. Progressing well and looks sure to be competitive. DOLMABAHCE (6) has started twice, missing the frame on debut then doing a better job to finish third last time, beaten 2.75 lengths over 1400m at Niigata. Strong chance if she can make further progress. BEAR QUORUM (5) debuted two weeks ago when she finished fourth over 1400m at Kyoto, beaten 2.5 lengths. Will take a lot from that last run and is worth following up.
