ARTE VELOCE (6) last raced when runner-up in the Grade 3 Shinzan Kinen over the mile at Chukyo on 13 January. Talented colt who was fifth in the Grade 1 Futurity first-up last prep. Has the class edge on this field. LANCE OF CHAOS (7) did a his best work late to finish third in the Grade 3 Kisaragi Sho over 1800m at Kyoto at his last appearance. Progressive type who is good enough to take this out. ASK SEXY MORE (8) tackles a much tougher race than he did when last at the races, scoring in a 1600m maiden at Chukyo. Lightly raced and can take this big leap. ONE MORE SMILE (9) found the line nicely last start to get up for second over 1600m at this track. Will be handy despite the tricky draw. Sure to be in the finish.
